Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. The following links will help you begin editing on Wikipedia:

Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia

The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome!

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Wah Medical College, and it appears to be a substantial copy of http://www.wahmedicalcollege.edu.pk.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Wah Medical College requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. [edit]

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself. Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion, and make your case on the page's talk page. Thank you. Travelbird (talk) 14:10, 23 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from pages that you have created yourself. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Travelbird (talk) 14:15, 23 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning; the next time you remove a speedy deletion notice from a page you have created yourself, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Travelbird (talk) 14:20, 23 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 31 hours for continuing to remove speedy deletion tags from an article you created, despite repeated warnings. Once the block has expired, you're welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Request reason:

I hereby truly confess that I didn't deleted the speedy deletion tag deliberately, I thought it as by a computer who for no reason is matching my Wikipedia article with the official page of the organisation on which i was writing. So not understanding properly what it said I deleted the tag thinking that i might justify this after editing to the Wikipedia. Please sir I being a student of Wah Medical College, and a member of IT club was assigned the task of making an article of our college on the Wikipedia by the administration, so please unblock me so that I may continue to edit it as my administration wants. And i also request you to please make this article a part of Wiki Project Pakistan. Looking forward for your kind action....!

Decline reason:

Your block has expired. Go forth and sin no more. TNXMan 19:11, 25 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I'll unblock you if you promise to leave the deletion tag alone, but be aware that if the page meets the criterion, it could be deleted at any time (I'll leave that decision to another admin). If that happens, don't worry about it too much—it happens to the best of us. HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 16:20, 24 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
If you are editing an article about the college you attend at the direction of the administration, you should read WP:COI and you should share it with the administration. While attending a college may not be a absolute conflict, it does raise concerns, and you should be aware of the concerns it raises. If you would like to err on the side of caution, you should consider proposing edits on the talk page of the article, and make sure that there is a consensus before going ahead with the edit. (I support the unblock) --SPhilbrickT 00:42, 25 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I read your unblock request, but I'm reluctant to unblock while it seems that you haven't read enough of Wikipedia's basic rules to avoid being blocked again. It's hard to follow rules you haven't read. At the very least, you'll need to understand the notability criteria, the reliable sources guidelines, and the conflict of interest guidelines in order to write an article that meets the standards for inclusion. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 12:21, 25 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your advices on how to proceed further, and I will surely look forward for doing whatever you said, I have read the basic rules of Wikipedia and the criteria for editing, so i will surely try hard to stick to the rules. Furthermore i promise that i wont delete any tag placed by wikipedia or any of it admins, and hereby proclaim that i m writing this article with the consent of the administration, which own the website mentioned in my talk page (www.wahmedicalcollege.edu.pk). And before going to edit something i discuss that with my dean for basic medical sciences, in-charge of all IT stuff, who is also the HOD of the Physiology Department in our College. Now i m thinking to approach them a ask for official permission to edit this article and use material from official website, if required, so that i may provide this to you, as my copyright certificate. So i request to again kindly not to put this under speedy deletion.......!!!
